Millions of young people around the world have no access to sports facilities and the requisite management team to identify and nurture their sports talents. It is with this in mind – and our core philosophy that sports should be a vehicle for advancing human, social and economic development – that SPOS is working hard to unearth and manage the untapped sports talents in Africa and all over the world. It is based on the belief and experiences that sports and its related facets, when harnessed well in an enabling environment, have the power to bring hope and development.
